Policy change on no-show, late cancellation, and late rescheduling fees

Hi everyone! Effective January 1, 2022, any last minute cancellations, reschedulings, and no-shows will be charged the full therapeutic hour’s worth of professional fee instead of only half the amount. Thus, for sessions with individuals, any cancellations and reschedulings not made at least 24 hours in advance, and any no-shows, will be charged 1,000 pesos. For couples and families, the fee will be 2,000 pesos. These changes will be reflected in the updated disclosure form for new clients by January.
